Kaiya Mitchell began playing the oboe in 2007 at age 15 after playing the flute from 2000. She has played as a member of many student, amateur and professional ensembles. Kaiya was a member of the Performing Arts Unit orchestras for NSW State Schools, was a regular participant in NSW State Music Camp and Schools Spectacular during her high school years. Since beginning study at the Melbourne Conservatorium in 2011, Kaiya has held 1st Oboe position with the Melbourne Conservatorium Wind Symphony, played consistently with Victorian Youth Symphony, Kooyong Chamber Orchestra and will tour Europe in 2014 with Melbourne Chamber Strings Orchestra. Professional work has included performances with Heidelberg Chamber Orchestra and Feature Set. During February 2014 Kaiya was privileged to be included in lectures at Paris Conservatoire for a week and benefit from private lessons from David Weston and Tim Rundle and masterclasses from Jacques Tys at Guildhall and the Royal College of Music (London). She graduated from her Bachelors of Music in 2014 and is currently studying for her Masters of Performance Teaching.
Anna Mlynek-Kalman M. Mus., B. Ed., Dip Teach. created Music Works Magic upon completion of her studies in the United States in 1996. Anna has taught and directed music programs with children from K-year 12 for over 30 years at many schools both here in Australia and abroad. During this time she has presented lectures, papers and work- shops at universities, schools and preschools to both staff and students. She completed a Masters Degree in Music Education with a Kodaly emphasis, in the United States.

Anne is experienced in acting, having appeared on Neighbours, Blue Heelers etc and has been a singer of diverse styles for twenty years. She has appeared in Carols by Candlelight at Myer Music Bowl and many other events , both in Australia and abroad. She has produced 13 CDS , including four albums of original songs for children which were commissioned by Darshan Acadamies in Delhi, India.

Estelita Rae grew up in New Zealand and moved to Australia to pursue a combined music and visual arts degree at the Australian National University which she completd in 2013. She completed the Professional Performance Program at the National Academy of Music in 2014, and has recently complete her Honours degree in Violin Performance at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. She has experience through years of teaching violin in schools, individually and in groups extending to the tutoring of chamber music through the ANU Pre-tertiary program. Her passion for teaching continues through private tuition at Music Works Magic and at collective lessons at Sholem Aleichem College.
Elizabeth Barcan is a trained orchestral player on Flute, having graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). In pursuit of her talent Liz has freelanced with many of the major Orchestras, attaining a wealth of per-formance, practice, knowledge, and musical acumen. She has excelled pro-fessionally through both Chamber and Contemporary music, adding to her extensive music profile. Throughout the years, Liz has accrued a wealth of one-on-one and ensemble teaching experience. She is truly experienced, having worked with students of all ages: in schools, privately, and with or-ganisations such as Melbourne Youth Music, State Music Camp, Harrietville Music Camp, and the Victorian Flute Guild. In addition to all levels of Flute, Elizabeth teaches Beginner-Intermediate Clarinet and Saxophone.
