The instruments in this section of the orchestra are most often made of brass, hence their family name.

Music Works Magic has teachers to help you learn Cornet (6yo+), Trumpet (7yo+), Trombone (8yo+), Tuba (9yo+) and French Horn (12yo+).

 

Meet our Brass Teachers

This family of instruments mostly look alike, apart from their size, and are played in much the same way.

Music Works Magic has teachers to help you learn Violin (3yo+), Viola (3yo+), Cello (4yo+), Guitar (4yo+), Ukulele (5yo+), Double Bass (7yo+), Bass Guitar (10yo+) and Harp (10yo+).

The instruments in this section of the orchestra are all played with ‘wind’ from the musician’s mouth.

Music Works Magic has teachers to help you learn Recorder (4yo+), Flute (6yo+), Clarinet (8yo+), Saxophone (10yo+), Oboe (12yo+) and Bassoon (12yo+).

Meet our Wind Teachers

We offer piano classes for all ages (3+) and skill levels. Learn a range of genres including Traditional, Jazz and Modern styles, as well as Suzuki classical.

Music Works Magic has teachers to help you learn piano from as early as 3yo, but they do require their students to have a piano at home for daily practise.

We offer Vocal and Singing lessons for all ages and skill levels. Learn for your vocal style, and sing in a range of genres.

Music Works Magic has teachers to help you learn to sing, either through individual tuition or as a member of our Magic Voices Children’s Choir.

We offer drum and percussion classes for all ages (3+) and skill levels. Learn a range of styles including Jazz, Rock and Blues.
